炯叔叔前兩天讀到一篇文章叫“ Best Motivational Quotes for Fitness”。看後發現有很多quotes 不單單對做運動有鼓勵作用,其實對像炯叔叔這樣的中坑也非常有正能量。

好,這個星期天的早上炯叔叔就換一個「正能樣」跟大家分享!

1. “Stop comparing yourself to others and start competing with yourself.”
(喂喂老友,唔好成日同人比身家比事業比仔女比呢樣嗰樣。。。膝頭對上就脾!各人頭上一片天嘛。)

2. “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”
(如果你/妳係到努力緊工作轉型/為生活掙扎/同病魔對抗緊嘅,千祈唔好認輸!唔認有機會贏,一認你就肯定輸! )

3. “A little bit of something is better than a whole lot of nothing.”
(幾十歲人唔好成日乜都諗得咁大,唔好乜都all or nothing,淨係要食雙辣,食多D三番四番補吓身食旺佢先。)

4. “Falling down is an accident. Staying down is a choice.”
(輸人唔輸陣,頂住!Resilience is key!)

5. “Don’t talk. Don’t think. Just do it … now!”
(做啦!跑步又好,運動又好,錫老婆老公阿媽阿爸阿哥細佬家姐妹妹阿仔阿女又好,戒煙又好,減肥又好。。。馬上做你想咗好耐但又無做嘅野。做啦!時間無多啦!)

6. “It doesn’t matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.”
(過左上半場,重有下半場。好似阿倫响演唱會成日講嗰句:「 唔好俾佢停呀!」)

7. “Summer bodies are earned in the winter.”
(而家開始搞咁再老D咪有收成囖!有so㗎。)

8. “Those who think they have don’t time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness.”
(係啊,如果而家成日話忙(扮忙)唔理自己/身邊嘅人或事,之後你就會大把時間病呀,孤零零呀,無人理呀。。。)

9. “If you always do what you always did, you’ll always get what you always got.”
(喂喂,唔好淨係投訴投訴投訴,變吓啦!)

10. “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.”
(同上)

11. “It is never too late to be who you might have been.”
(千祈唔好認老,重有大把貨,至緊要你/妳有心!)

12. “Stop saying tomorrow.”
(睇完呢篇野就馬上嘭嘭聲做啦!)
